Got our food to go and was pleasantly surprised. Salmon and burger were fantastic. Kids meals were delicious. Pizookie to go was better than we thought possible. Quality like we were eating there. And even though it was Valentine’s Day the order was ready within 25 mins.
The wedge salad....I'm sooo happy! Avocado egg rolls were great and Strawberry Dream is delicious. Jambalaya had great flavor but wasn't spicy. Pretty good overall. Service was good as well. We were the first in the door at 11, not many cutomers and yes it was slow getting food like other reviews mention. It's Saturday so we have time to relax, definitely not for recommended for 1 hour work lunch.
This is probably one of my favorite bj's to go to.And I live closer to mentor. I got the jambalaya it was absolutely flavorful delicious. All the things. The thing that made my experience very special was being served by Kate. She enhanced my experience through suggestive, selling and tasteful up sells. Incredibly friendly.A wonderful smile made me feel very welcome. Thank you Kate youre a true asset!
While visiting I the area we ended up at Beachwood, OH location. Was seated quicky although it seems busy. The wait staff was incredible. One particular individual that really stood out was Kate. Super friendly and was able to answer all my questions regarding questions I had about certain foods. Next time I town, I will be back and hopefully the same person, Kate, will still be working there.
I ordered the scampi pasta for take out right before they closed. Not only was it piping hot it was customized just like I asked. Lucas made sure everything was right and I really appreciate that. I hope everyone is attentive and polite as him. He is awesome!!
I took my mom here for her birthday; we had an excellent experience! Our waiter, Mr. Johnson, was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. We ordered the Avocado Egg Rolls for an app, and the Prime Rib special for our entrees. The food was outstanding! The prime rib was so flavorful and cooked to perfection, with a delicious peppercorn seasoning crushing the ribs. The Egg rolls were equally delicious, well seasoned; light, airy, crunchy shell with a creamy avo filling, paired with a zesty dipping sauce. We finished up with dessert; triple chocolate piezookie and the salted caramel.and they sent the birthday girl home with an extra dessert on the house. The staff was great, the atmosphere is fun, and the food was amazing!! Highly recommend!
We've been there several times always after driving into Cleveland downtown during rush hour in the morning or in the evening after our latest appointment at UH Bolwell for follow-ups to DBS brain surgery for Parkinson’s. The first time was after an appointment at UH Ahuja (they're practicality next door). Just a salad and a drink. But we enjoyed them, so much that we went out of our way to go there the next time. We had their 'chef's special salads'. I the something strawberry and my wife the special oriental salad. As always they were wonderful. We were 1/2 hour early and it was a beautiful day so we decided to just sit in the sun on a bench near the entrance. I was going to say we were asked by a few of the employees that were doing their setup UT the first that asked if we were OK out there was the manager who apologized for not being able to let us in early but we told him we were fine just sitting and waiting. Minutes later twice asked if we would be more comfortable sitting inside the outdoor seating and again we politely said no. Aside from the food being great the establishment in whole was a very comfortable experience.
Ordered the Mozz sticks, Crispy Jalapeño Burger and Crispy Chicken Sandwich. For dessert we got to Biscoff Pizookie! OH MY GOSH! I wish it was a permanent menu item since I don’t frequent here often. And the service was incredible provided by Mr Johnson! He was incredibly attentive and wonderful to have as our server!
Everyone was very welcoming. Service was fast. Checkout was easy and fast and desert was absolutely worth the calories.
Food was definitely worth it but they forgot to pack the serving utensils and ran out of pepperoni for our supreme pizza..Other than that everything was amazing and That Strawberry poozkie was so amazing 🫶🏽
